Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with us. Your counter-notice must include the following information:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the DMCA notice or an agent of such party.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA claim. If they do not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may reinstate the removed material.
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers, in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law.
